This self-paced course will present material for advanced somatics, including the history and research behind why body-based therapy is crucial to trauma renegotiation, particularly for Phase 2 Resourcing and Preparation. Panskepp’s Affective Neuroscience Primary Process Emotion theory is the framework, along with principles and skills from renowned somatic therapists. Finally, integration of somatics within the 8 Phase standard protocol, with a demo, completes this course. This training is experiential and participants will be guided through skills presented.
To Enroll, you must have completed EMDR Basic Training, including 10 hours of Consultation.
