This training begins with a review of code of ethics for clinicians as it pertains to EMDR Therapy. It includes presentation of ethical considerations in trauma therapy specifically as an EMDR therapist facilitating each of the eight (8) phases.
 
Objectives:
Participants will gain understanding of the following:
How the APA and Social Work Licensing Board Codes of Ethics apply to EMDR Therapy
The importance of consultation as an EMDR Therapist
How to ethically facilitate each of the eight (8) phases of EMDR. 
 
Registration requirements:  participant must be a fully licensed mental health provider who has already completed an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Basic Training. 
 
EMDR Restorative Consulting, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7326.
