Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please notify the consultant hosting 24 hours in advance. We realize emergencies do occur- send an email as soon as you can. For missed consultations or consultations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $75 no show fee will apply. Additionally, the missed consultation hour will be logged in Absorb as “Failed” with the date of the no-show. This status will remain until the no-show fee is paid and you have completed a makeup consultation hour. For the consultation hour to count, you must have your camera on and actively participate. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are also subject to this policy unless the reason is excusable.
